Buy a name elsewhere and we can assist you to arrange forwarding. For example, if you have already registered or intend to register a 'restricted' domain, such as a .IE, (Ireland's country-specific code), you might want to make your AutoSITE service available at this name.

We can arrange your AutoSITE service on an alternate domain and you can ask your registrar to arrange forwarding to the other, unrestricted domain which contains your AutoSITE service. You may also require email forwarding, which allows you to recive email directed at the restricted domain.

Restricted domains are domains which are genreally only available to you as a direct applicant, should you suit certain criteria. For example, for a .aero domain, an Aviation Community Membership ID is required. A .coop domain may only be used by cooperatives, cooperative service organizations and wholly owned subsidiaries of cooperatives. The .gov and .fed domains are reserved exclusively for the United States Government.

The .edu and .ac.uk domains are reserved for accredited degree-granting educational institutions. The .museum domain is restricted to museums, museum organizations and individual members of the museum profession.
